Courtney Barnett Shares New Song “Before You Gotta Go”
Courtney Barnett has shared her new single “Before You Gotta Go.” The new track is her latest from Things Take Time, Take Time—the album that’s out November 12 (via Mom+Pop Music/Marathon Artists). This one was also co-produced with Stella Mozgawa of Warpaint. Listen to the new single below.
Things Take Time, Take Time is Barnett’s first new studio record since 2018’s Tell Me How You Really Feel, which she followed with MTV Unplugged Live in Melbourne at the end of 2019. In more recent months, she joined Vagabon to cover Sharon Van Etten’s “Don’t Do It” and Tim Hardin’s “Reason to Believe.” She’s set to tour the United States and Canada beginning in late November.
