Yendry and Damian Marley Share Video for New Song “You”
Singer-songwriter Yendry has shared a new single, which features reggae heavyhitter Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley. It’s called “You” and it’s produced by Marley and Sean “YoungPow” Diedrick. Watch the music video for “You,” directed by Kieran Khan, below.
“The song ‘You’ reveals the first steps of a love story,” Yendry said in a statement. “The intriguing part versus the fear of falling in love with someone who isn’t necessarily good for us.”
After leading the Italian pop group Materianera, the Dominican-Italian artist released her first single as Yendry in 2019, following it with “Nena” and “El Diablo” in 2020. This year, she’s shared “Ya” and “Se Acabó,” with Mozart La Para. She also joined Emotional Oranges on their track “No Words” in June.
