Illenium’s Destination Festival Returns To Cancun
Ember Shores, ILLENIUM’s picturesque destination music festival, made its debut in Cancun the previous year and just made a triumphant comeback. Ember Shores took place over three days and nights from December 2-4, bringing a scorching wave of melodic bass to the resort town in Mexico. Travelers enjoyed three distinct stages and a lineup that was carefully crafted to include some of the most innovative artists in electronic music.
Ember Shores was an all-inclusive event held at the opulent Four Star Fiesta Americana Condesa and Four Diamond Paradisus Resort. Attendees didn’t have to worry about the typical festival stage conflicts because everything from the schedule to the facilities were taken care of. The Ember Shores schedule brought them from the Phoenix Stage by the pool during the day to the Ember Stage on the beach after the sun had set, where they then took part in late-night afterparties, before finishing the night at the Atrium Stage indoors.
Unquestionably, one of Ember Shores’ most notable features was the impressive roster, which included daily performances by ILLENIUM. He was joined by “some of [his] favorite producers, friends, and up-and-coming artists,” he said in a statement.
On the first day, Nurko, ROSSY, and other artists performed on the Phoenix Stage. On the Ember Stage, ILLENIUM shared the stage with Subtronics, Ilan Bluestone, Trivecta, and Decadon.
Dillon Francis, William Black, Said The Sky, and Dabin’s collaboration project Dab The Sky, among others, had electrifying performances on the second day. Finally, CloZee, Arty, Crankdat, CloudNone, something else, and Class of 2021 standout Blanke’s performances on the third day let Ember Shores end up with a boom.
