After a five-year hiatus, Knife Party is back in action, sharpening their sound once again.

Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen, known for their work with Pendulum, have reignited excitement among their fans by hinting at new music on the horizon. The iconic electronic duo last released music in July 2019 with their electrifying Lost Souls EP, but it looks like they’re ready to return with fresh tracks.

Teasing their upcoming work, Swire and McGrillen shared a meme on X, featuring the viral Turkish sharpshooter Yusuf Dikeç, who caught attention during the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games with his cool demeanor. The post simply stated, “Knife Party cooking…”

Despite being off the radar for a while, Knife Party has remained one of the most influential names in electronic music. Their unique blend of electro house and dubstep has pushed boundaries and set new standards over the past two decades. Tracks like “Internet Friends” and “Bonfire” have left a lasting impact on the music scene, inspiring a new wave of producers.
