7 Years Later, Kaskade Reunites Fans at New Sun Soaked Festival
After seven long summers without a splash, Kaskade’s Sun Soaked is officially back—and it’s bringing the sunshine straight to Southern California’s Huntington State Beach on September 6, 2025. What began as a personal passion project for Kaskade has evolved into a cult favorite, and now it’s poised to become the closing chapter to summer for thousands of dance music fans.
This relaunch is more than a nostalgic callback—it’s a reinvention. Sun Soaked 2025 marks a move to Orange County and a reenergized vision that fuses Kaskade’s sun-drenched, house-heavy roots with a renewed appreciation for community, music, and connection. “I’m a beach guy,” Kaskade said. “I want my toes in the sand and the sun on my face while I do what I love—and I’m hoping there are some people who want to share that with me.”
The lineup is tailor-made for a day of beachside bliss. With heavyweights like Malaa and MEDUZA anchoring the experience, alongside fan favorites SIDEPIECE, Walker & Royce, and Anabel Englund, the curation leans deep into house music’s hypnotic rhythms and euphoric energy. Rising acts MPH and SKILAH round out a bill that feels like both a party and a love letter to the genre.
Supported by Insomniac Events, the production promises to match the music’s magnitude. And with the festival’s pre-sale kicking off May 8th, demand is expected to be tidal.
More than just a return, Sun Soaked 2025 is Kaskade replanting his flag in the sand—not just as a DJ, but as a curator of moments that transcend the beat. For fans old and new, it’s a rare chance to experience the essence of summer distilled into music, movement, and salt-kissed air.
