Charli XCX Cast in Lead Role for New Queer Film ‘100 Nights of Hero’

British pop star Charli XCX is set to make her mark on the big screen, starring in the upcoming queer period fantasy film 100 Nights of Hero. Directed by Julia Jackman, the film brings together an impressive cast, including Emma Corrin, Maika Monroe, and Nicholas Galitzine. The project is based on Isabel Greenberg’s 2016 graphic novel The One Hundred Nights of Hero, a reimagining of the classic folk tale One Thousand and One Nights.

The film’s plot centers around a woman who falls in love with her maid while her scheming husband makes a dangerous bet with his friend to seduce her within 100 nights.
