This track is the second sneak peek into his highly anticipated upcoming album, On Purpose, With Purpose,’ set to drop on February 2nd. Produced by Ghetts’ trusted collaborator, TenBillion Dreams, “Twin Sisters” is a masterful blend of keys and operatic vocals.

The song showcases the lyrical prowess of both Ghetts and Skrapz, with each artist delivering a powerful verse. But that’s not all; the accompanying music video, which you can enjoy below, brings a minimalistic visual narrative to life. It features both rappers, set against a backdrop enriched by the presence of a violinist, a choir, and other intriguing elements.

On Purpose, With Purpose marks a significant return for Ghetts, his first original music since 2021’s ‘Conflict Of Interest’ LP. This album boldly explores a wide range of genres, including soul, R&B, Afrobeat, amapiano, and gospel. ‘Twin Sisters‘ follows the release of ‘Laps,’ a collaboration with Moonchild Sanelly. Remarkably, Ghetts chose to allocate the video budget for ‘Laps‘ to support a local sports group, the Newham and Essex Beagles Athletics Club. This club has played a crucial role in nurturing world-renowned athletes such as Sir Mo Farah, Christine Ohuruogu, Daley Thompson, and many others.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Ghetts also made his mark in the world of songwriting. He contributed to the BBC One drama ‘Champion,’ which delves into the life of a fictional South London rapper’s family as he makes a comeback in the music industry following a prison sentence. The series boasts a stellar cast featuring Déja J Bowens, Malcom Kamulete, Corz, and Ray BLK.
