Ultra Music Festival 2025: What You Need To Know

Ultra Music Festival marked its 25th birthday in Miami’s Bayfront Park from March 28 to 30, 2025. That was a weekend to remember, or rather, three days to never forget. A staggering 165,000 people from over 100 countries packed in to experience the best in electronic music. It all kicked off on Friday, with Afrojack headlining the Main Stage. And what a show it was: he brought out David Guetta and Sia to perform their hit “Titanium” live for the first time since its release in 2011.

That was a real treat for fans. They also debuted their new collaborative song “Beautiful People” that day. Sia, by the way, was making her electronic music festival debut. Tiësto and Alesso delivered some seriously nostalgic sets on that first day. Tiësto premiered a new collaboration with Odd Mob, while Alesso brought Nadia Ali out on stage for a special guest appearance. That was just the beginning of the weekend’s many highlights.

On Saturday, Skrillex made a triumphant return to Ultra after a decade. He brought out a whole host of surprise guests, including Flowdan, Damian Marley, Young Miko and Naisha. Anyma and Solomun teamed up for a world-first b2b set on the Main Stage, alongside Axwell and Hardwell. Carl Cox’s ‘Carl Cox Invites’ stage takeover at the RESISTANCE Megastructure was another major drawcard. Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer and Cox himself took turns behind the decks.

Sunday’s lineup for Ultra Music Festival was just as impressive, with Martin Garrix closing out the festival in style. He premiered a new collaboration with Armin van Buuren and became the first artist to close Ultra with live vocals. Zedd, Gryffin and a surprise set from Kaskade were just a few of the other acts that made the day so memorable.
