Emcee Graffiti has been exposed to hip hop culture since early ages. He started beatboxing at the age of 6 and rapping at the age of 12. “Hit Play” reminds us of the 90s and early 2000s hip hop songs. Emcee’s flow throughout the song remains immaculate. The rapper showcases his sharp wordplay along a chill beat.
In the music video Emcee Graffiti drops his bars in front of a beautiful Aretha Franklin mural, the masterpiece is titled “Freeway of Love” and is done by @zulupainter1. The video is directed and produced by One-Ton Soup Productions.
