Claude VonStroke Unleashes Spine-Tingling Track “The Creeps” for Halloween
With Halloween just around the corner, Claude VonStroke has decided to go beyond the typical spooky tunes and deliver something that will make you dance while sending shivers down your spine. His latest release, “The Creeps,” is out now on Dirtybird, featuring narration by Barry Drift.
“The Creeps” narrates the story of someone who consumes a mysterious substance that blurs the line between reality and horror. VonStroke’s haunting narrative, combined with a bassline that lurks beneath, creates a chilling atmosphere that keeps you on edge. The track features dramatic pauses and whining synths that resemble the tension and excitement of a jump-scare.

In addition to Claude VonStroke’s original version, “The Creeps” comes with two remixes. Steve Darko‘s take on the track infuses acid sounds and slimy textures, transforming the minimal sounds of the original into an eerie journey. Mike Kerrigan‘s remix uses echoing whispers and driving keys to build up to a dramatic breakdown, providing extra dancefloor space for those who can’t handle the spookiness of the original.
