
Floating Points Announces New Track And 12-Inch
There will soon be a new 12-inch from Floating Points. The four-track LP, which will be released on Ninja Tune on December 16th, includes three previously released tracks from earlier this year: “Grammar,” “Problems,” and “Vocoder,” in addition to the brand-new ambient tune “Someone Close.”
The new 12-inch is Floating Points’ first multi-track release since their Promises album from 2020, which they made in collaboration with the late Pharoah Sanders and the London Symphony Orchestra.
Along with Four Tet, Floating Points will perform at The Warehouse Project’s Eat Your Own Ears Anniversary on November 19th. On New Year’s Day 2023, Floating Points will play an open-to-close show in the brand-new London venue HERE.
