Kyiv Event Partners with Gravity Rainbow for Talks and Film Screening at RSO on June 20th

Get ready for an enlightening evening in Berlin! On June 20th, the Kyiv-born, Berlin-based festival ICKPA is set to host a series of talks and a film screening at RSO.BERLIN. This event is organized in collaboration with the Gravity Network and kicks off at 6 PM. The night will start with a compelling panel discussion titled ‘Revising The Notion of Contemporary Eastern Europe,’ followed by the intriguing film ‘State in a State,’ which delves into the railways connecting the South Caucasus and Caspian regions. Joining the audience for a brief conversation post-screening will be the film’s co-creator, Dr. Evelina Gambino.

Dr. Gambino will take the stage again for the second panel, ‘Infrastructures of (De)Occupation,’ which will explore the colonial strategies of Russia in Ukraine and other nations. Joining her will be Asia Bazdyrieva, Olexii Kuchanskyi, and ICKPA’s own communications director, David Chikhladze, with Michał Murawski moderating the discussion.
