POP CHRISTIAN DUO LEE MARIE TRANSCEND GENRES WITH THE SINGLE “RUNNING”

Lee Marie, consisting of married couple Dustin and Kaylee Griffith, dropped an uptempo song called “Running” on July 1, 2022. The Pop/Christian track manages to bring a modern touch to the genre, promising a bright future for the husband/wife duo in the contemporary Christian scene.

Dustin and Kaylee Griffith have been playing music since they first met in 2010. It was love at first sight for the artists who are now happily married and producing music together. Focused on spreading their faith, Lee Marie gets inspiration from fellow artists like Lauren Daigle who is known for her debut album, How Can It Be, released in 2015, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart.

Opening  for bands such as We Are Messengers, Apollo LTD, Katy Nicole, and others, Lee Marie has been playing and making music for more than 10 years. With their music they intend to spread the good news of God’s love and that’s why they were urged to start creating new material in 2019. Their debut EP, Crowns, came out in 2022, including songs like “You are God” and “All About Jesus” ft Jordan Bernard.
