Sally Shapiro Return With New Song “Fading Away”

Back in 2016, Sally Shapiro—the Swedish duo of producer Johan Agebjörn and an anonymous singer—called it quits. Now, they’ve returned with a single on Italians Do It Better. Listen to “Fading Away” and its instrumental below.

Sally Shapiro’s last single “If You Ever Wanna Change Your Mind” (which was announced as their “final” track), came out in May 2016. According to a press release, the duo has been recording a collection of material for Italians Do It Better, mixed by label head Johnny Jewel and Agebjörn. The group’s last full-length LP Somewhere Else came out in 2013.
