The Chemical Brothers Return with Electrifying 10th Studio Album For That Beautiful Feeling

In a triumphant comeback, electronic music pioneers The Chemical Brothers have unveiled their eagerly awaited tenth studio album, aptly titled For That Beautiful Feeling. This release marks a momentous return for the British duo after their 2019 offering, No Geography. Released on September 8th under Republic Records, this album showcases The Chemical Brothers at their most vibrant, self-assured, and profoundly psychedelic.

The album seeks to capture that unique instant when sound becomes all-encompassing, nearly submerging the listener while allowing them to surf on its sonic waves. Boasting a total of eleven tracks, including familiar singles such as “No Reason,” “Live Again” featuring Halo Maud, and “Skipping Like A Stone” featuring Beck, the album also introduces a fresh mix with “The Darkness That You Fear.


Complementing the album’s launch is the music video for “Live Again,” expertly directed by their long-standing creative partners, Dom & Nic, celebrated for their iconic work on tracks like “Hey Boy Hey Girl.” The duo expressed their delight in reuniting with The Chemical Brothers, emphasizing the seamless synergy between the music and visuals.

To celebrate the album’s release, Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons are gearing up for a headline DJ set at Amnesia Ibiza on October 1st. This event promises to be a highlight of the Amnesia season, featuring Italian DJ and UNCAGE label boss Marco Faraone, Eats Everything, and Amnesia resident Caal on the Terraza lineup.

October holds yet another treat for fans as The Chemical Brothers unveil their new biography, “Paused in Cosmic Reflection.” This book takes a deep dive into their illustrious 30-year career, offering insights and contributions from notable collaborators such as Erol Alkan, Beth Orton, and Michel Gondry. Set for release on October 26th via White Rabbit, the book is already available for pre-order.
