Rising Duo Mojave Grey Drops Enchanting New Track, “Edge of the Night”

Mojave Grey, the dynamic live music and production duo, have continued their impressive 2023 streak with the release of their latest single, “Edge of the Night.” Serving as the twin release following their critically acclaimed summer track, “House of the Sun,” the duo’s musical journey takes an enchanting turn.

Since their debut in 2020, Mojave Grey has consistently broken boundaries in music genres, blending classic rock & roll elements with contemporary dance music. “Edge of the Night” is a testament to their genre-defying sound, offering an uplifting and infectious experience for listeners.

This moody yet universally relatable composition was conceived during Mojave Grey’s winter residency at Aspen’s The Snow Lodge in 2023. The track encourages its audience to embrace the unknown and “trust the process.” Zander Bleck‘s emotive vocals shine through, supported by Michael Pozzi‘s groovy drums and captivating melodies. The song effortlessly transitions from acoustic and guitar-driven segments to irresistible progressive dance drops. Mojave Grey shared insights into the track’s creation, explaining, “We were so inspired during this time, living and performing 8,000 feet up, but most evenings were spent at our hotel writing. We set up a makeshift studio in the living room area where we could write and record our ideas before immediately going to perform them live for an audience. ‘Edge of the Night’ was a crowd favorite from the very first time we played it, and it still is. There is a universal appeal to this piece. It’s about trusting yourself and the journey, and never losing sight of the light, even when times are difficult.”
