It also claimed the 39th position on Australia’s Club Tracks (ARIA) and an impressive second place in Lithuania (AGATA). Peggy Gou’s career was already soaring, but “Nanana” demonstrated her exceptional talent, leaving an indelible mark on 2023’s music landscape. Her electrifying performance at Ultra Japan 2023 further solidified her status as a musical powerhouse.

To enhance the excitement, an official music video for “Nanana” was unveiled recently. Additionally, the “Nanadub” version was released, presenting a distinctive instrumental approach within the dub genre. True to the dub style, the vocal elements of the song take a backseat, allowing the original sound to be subtly reshaped and transformed into the realm of Deep House. At the time of this writing, the original track boasts over 200 million streams on Spotify, securing its place at the top of Peggy Gou’s charts, surpassing her 2019 hit “Starry Night.” With the vinyl edition now available, the 2-track release is ready for order on XL Recordings’ webshop.
